Short and plain. These terms cover using this website and what our Verified mark does and does not mean.

Who operates this site
TrustMyCourse is a new service, and the operating entity’s registered details are not yet published here. They will be added to this page before the service opens to the public. In the meantime you can reach us at hello@trustmycourse.com.
What TrustMyCourse is
TrustMyCourse is an independent verification service and directory for online courses. We are not a school, we do not sell the courses listed here, and we are not an accreditation body, a regulator or a certification authority.
When you follow a link to a course, you leave this site and deal directly with that provider. Any purchase is between you and them, on their terms.
What Verified means — and does not
Verified means we reviewed the available evidence against our published standard and found no material reason to withhold verification. It describes a course at the date it was reviewed.
It is not a recommendation, a ranking, a quality score, or a prediction of any result. We make no promise about income, employment, or whether a course suits you. Nothing on this site is financial, business or legal advice.
Accuracy
We publish what we checked and when, and we take care to be accurate. Courses change after we review them, and information here may become out of date between re-checks. If you believe something on this site is wrong, tell us at hello@trustmycourse.com and we will look into it.
Using the Verified mark
The TrustMyCourse name and Verified mark belong to us. A course may display the mark only while it holds current Verified status, only for the course that was verified, and only linked to that course’s public profile. The usage rules set this out. We may ask for the mark to be removed if verification is no longer current or the rules are not followed.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or submit information you know to be false. Submitting fabricated evidence is grounds for refusing or withdrawing verification.
Liability
We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on it, or for anything that happens after you leave it for a provider’s website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
The governing jurisdiction will be stated here once the operating entity is registered, and before the service opens to the public.
